Pricing Time Returns Goods should be returned to us unsoiled, unused and in all of the original packaging and complete with all tags still attached. Goods must be fit for resale – not soiled in any way. Do not write on the boxes or packaging. You will be entitled to an exchange or refund (less packaging and postage). You will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage. Goods should be well packed and clearly labelled enclosing your returns form and sent back to: Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in your goods being returned to you at your cost. It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage. Should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods. The Post Office will issue a free Certificate of Posting on request which gives a certain amount of insurance. It is your responsibility to make sure this is adequate for the goods you are returning. Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective material or poor workmanship should be returned for our inspection immediately, and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. Goods should be returned clean and free from dirt. In these cases 28 days must be allowed. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you would have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified claims. We do not give refunds on items notified after 8 working days, or damaged goods not notified to us within 14 days from receipt. Do not return goods without an RMA number.
